Facilities Request

Our intent is to make every effort to accommodate your request for Crossway's facility use. Please be aware that there may be instances beyond our control, when we may have to preempt your reservation due to a church-related event, such as a funeral, or other ministry occurrence. Thank you for your understanding.

Please include sponsoring member's information. If you do not have a member to sponsor your event, please contact the church office at 601-636-2596 before proceeding.

At Crossway, we regularly host ministry-aligned celebrations such as baby showers and wedding showers. Birthday or anniversary gatherings are typically approved only for significant milestone events. This helps us steward our facilities well while supporting meaningful moments in the life of our church family.

Please Note that while Crossway makes every effort to maintain the campus grounds, we do not provide extensive property upkeep for the Pavilion and Amphitheater area. We do have a landscaping contractor who will provide excellent service if required. Their fee is $500 and will need to be booked 1 month in advance.

Terms of Use and Agreement

It is important to Crossway Church that we continue to maintain our facilities; therefore, we ask that you follow these guidelines:

All events (except for Crossway Church ministries) scheduled on a Friday or Saturday will have a building usage fee. This fee will cover the cost of routine cleaning for your event and is a minimum of $100. If the event goes over 4 hours, an additional hourly rate of $25 will apply. For weddings please call the office for the fee schedule.

Please be responsible to clean up any large spills or messes that would be outside the scope of routine cleaning.

Tables and chairs that have been requested on the facilities request form will be placed in the room for you to set up how you want. Please make sure to break them down and put them back where you found them when the event is complete.

Kitchen usage:
Please return it to the condition you found it and clean all dishes/utensils, dry, and store.
If using the kitchen for several days, please clean daily and store food properly.
Turn off all cooking and warming units before you leave.
Remove all food items at the conclusion of your event, unless arranged otherwise.
Please contact the church office to make arrangements for building access.
No alcoholic beverages, tobacco, or drugs are allowed on the premises at any time.
